Tom Hutson

     

Brief Biography

Tom Hutson is the first graduate student in the lab. 
 
He is funded via formulaic allocation of a studentship from KCL to the Wolfson CARD. 
 
His project title is “The use of gene therapy techniques to test newly-identified genetic targets for enhancing axon growth in the CNS”.

 

 

Curriculum Vitae

Present: Undertaking a Ph.D. at the Wolfson Centre for Age Related Diseases at King's College London under the supervision of Dr Lawrence Moon and Professor Steve McMahon in the Neurorestoration group.

2005 – 2006: Volunteered at the Wolfson Centre for Age Related Diseases at King's College London in the field of nerve regeneration under the supervision of Dr Elizabeth Bradbury.

2002 – 2005: First Class (Dual Honours) BSc in Neuroscience and Biochemistry at Keele University. 
 
2000 – 2002: A-levels in Biology, Chemistry and Physics at Saffron Walden County High School.
